There are also weekly (or sometimes daily) updates on important government announcements as well as a sponsor group weekly newsletter. LLS Sponsorship Handbook walks the reader through the pre-settlement and settlement issues and gives suggestions and guidelines.

The Welcome Ontario - Syrian Refugee Assistance Information website was created to bring together trustworthy information for those helping Syrian refugees settle in Ontario. This site was created and is maintained by OCASI, the Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants, whose mission is to achieve equality, access and full participation for immigrants and refugees in every aspect of Canadian life. InMyLanguage.org provides translation for information on Housing, Education, Health and Work etc. Includes translation to Arabic.
The Arab Community Centre of Toronto is located at Burnhamthorpe and the West Mall in the west end of the city. Among other things, it provides settlement services, translation and volunteer placement programs.
