- 1-2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
- 1.5 – 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1-2 tablespoons hempseend oil
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup shelled hempseeds
- 4-8 teaspoons canola (rapeseed oil)
- or 3-6 tablespoons walnuts.
