Good Friday: The Celebration of the Lord’s Passion: On the most solemn day of the church year, we remember Jesus’ crucifixion through reading the story of his suffering and death, ancient penitential prayers, and meditative music. This non-eucharistic liturgy provides time for silent reflection and adoration of the cross.
